Probably more due to government intervention and Trial Lawyers than homophobia. Everyone is so sue happy these days. If someone sees an adult (clothed or naked) with a naked baby, child, adolescent or teen Child Services shows up all prepared to take custody. It's a forgone conclusion that the adult is a child molester. So much for the old innocent naked baby photos in your family album...that's punishable as kiddy porn.
